Jimmy's rapid-fire comedy and quick wit makes an evening with him fun for everyone. TV credits include "National Lampoon's FunnyMoney," AMC's "Movies at our House, "VH1's "The Surreal Life", NBC's "Late Friday" and VH1's "Love Lounge". Sitcom appearances include guest spots on "That70's Show" and "Becker". He has performed stand-up on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Late Late Show", and his own half-hour special, "Comedy Central Presents Jimmy Pardo".

Mixed media showcase of celebrations, landmarks, food and traditions of the Andean people. Students in Tatiana Calixto's Spanish class Spanish 232 Special Topics Course "Un Museo de la Region Andina," present work they created as they explored cultural topics pertaining to the people of Peru, Columbia, Ecuador, and Bolivia. This exhibit is made possible by a Public Goods Council Grant.

Audition/Call of the Week
  Creative workshop instructors needed!
Want to earn extra money while strengthening your creative skills and talent? Arts at Michigan and University Unions Arts & Programs are looking for student artists who are interested in instructing creative workshops! We are looking to hire students with skills in creative writing, theater arts, visual arts, and other arts and crafts areas to instruct informal campus workshops over a three-week period in Winter 2009. Past workshop topics have included drawing, knitting, watercolor journaling, jewelry making, mosaics, and more. Please contact Joanna Frye (jrfrye@umich.edu) by Friday, December 19, 2008, if you are interested in instructing creative workshops next semester!

Jane Evelyn Atwood is one of the world's leading photojournalists. Fascinated by people and concepts of exclusion, she has managed to penetrate worlds that most of us do not know, producing work that reflects her deep involvement with her subjects over time. "Too Much Time" is her investigation of female incarceration in forty prisons and nine countries.
